- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is caused by our side
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items
2. 1-Year Free Replacement Guarantee (For Bulk Orders)
For orders with a quantity of more than 20 units, we offer a special after-sales service:

- Provide a free replacement
- No need to return the defective product
- No additional cost required (including replacement and shipping)
This policy is designed to ensure fast, hassle-free support for our business partners.
3. Conditions for Replacement
The 1-Year Free Replacement Guarantee applies under the following conditions:
- The issue is caused by manufacturing defects or product quality problems
- The product has been used under normal conditions
- Valid proof (such as photos or videos) is provided
This policy does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or OEM/ODM products
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Clearance or special discounted items (if specified)
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]
