1. Standard Return & Refund Policy

For orders that do not qualify for our Replacement Guarantee (see Section 2), the following terms apply:

  • Customers may request a return or refund within [7–30] days after receiving the goods
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is caused by our side
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items

2. 1-Year Free Replacement Guarantee (For Bulk Orders)

For orders with a quantity of more than 20 units, we offer a special after-sales service:

If any product has quality issues within 12 months, we will:

  • Provide a free replacement
  • No need to return the defective product
  • No additional cost required (including replacement and shipping)

This policy is designed to ensure fast, hassle-free support for our business partners.


3. Conditions for Replacement

The 1-Year Free Replacement Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • The issue is caused by manufacturing defects or product quality problems
  • The product has been used under normal conditions
  • Valid proof (such as photos or videos) is provided

This policy does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or OEM/ODM products
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Clearance or special discounted items (if specified)

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error
